Lumenwoven privacy policy Developer: Splenix Contact: splenix.app@gmail.com Updated: 4 October 2026 This policy covers the Lumenwoven Android beta, version 0.5.0. The desktop preview uses the same local save system. Its ad and purchase demonstrations are simulations only. Playing the game You can play offline without an account. Splenix does not collect or transmit your gameplay, name, location, contacts, advertising identifier or device identifier through this beta. It has no advertising, billing, analytics, crash-reporting or social-network SDKs enabled. We do not sell personal data. Local progress Puzzle progress, move history, scores, collected lights and settings are saved in the app's private storage on your device. They are kept until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. There is no Splenix cloud save. Android cloud backup is disabled for this beta. Device manufacturers may handle device-to-device transfers differently. We cannot recover deleted local progress. Contacting us If you email splenix.app@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer and follow up on your request, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Email is handled through our Gmail provider, Google. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and follow-up, or where a legal obligation requires retention. Ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence, or to object to its use, at the same address. You may also contact your local data protection authority, including Datatilsynet in Norway. Google Play and external links Google Play and Android may process installation, purchase-account and diagnostic information under Google's own privacy settings and policies. This is separate from data collection by the game. Opening our online privacy page or your email app leaves the game. Websites and email providers receive information needed to deliver their services, such as an IP address or email headers. The privacy page has no advertising or analytics scripts added by Splenix. Its hosting provider may process technical request logs to serve and protect the site. Children This beta does not ask players of any age to provide personal information. If a child sends personal information to our support address, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it. Changes Future advertising, purchases or online features will require an updated policy and any applicable disclosures or consent before they are introduced.
